Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and be authorised to act for any organisation you represent. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorised use.
Orders and payment
An order is a request for the listed placement or service and remains subject to availability, compliance review, supplier or publication acceptance, and payment. Prices, taxes, scope, and timing shown at checkout form part of the order record.
Customer materials
You retain ownership of materials you submit and grant Serp Solutions and relevant fulfilment partners permission to use them to assess, edit, place, and deliver the order. You confirm that your materials and instructions are lawful, accurate, and do not infringe third-party rights.
Third-party publications and outcomes
Publications and suppliers control editorial acceptance, edits, timing, link attributes, indexing, and continued availability. Serp Solutions does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexing, placement permanence, or any result controlled by a third party.
Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
The Refund Policy applies to cancellation and refund requests. Contact Serp Solutions promptly through the client portal with the relevant order details. Payment disputes should not be used to bypass a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve an issue.
Suspension and termination
Serp Solutions may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, fraud risk, security concerns, unlawful conduct, material breach, or conduct that threatens the platform or third parties. Terms that by nature should survive termination remain effective.
Liability and governing terms
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing law and forum should be confirmed by Serp Solutions before public launch.
