Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets minimum standards for accounts, campaign materials, messages, and use of Serp Solutions services.

Operational draft for launch review. This document should be reviewed for the business entity, jurisdiction, and current operations before public launch.

Prohibited content and activity

Do not use Serp Solutions for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, exploitative, malicious, or privacy-invasive activity, or for content that facilitates fraud, malware, credential theft, unauthorised access, or evasion of legal obligations.

Platform misuse

Do not probe or bypass security, scrape or automate access without permission, interfere with service availability, misuse another account, submit false identity or payment information, manipulate referrals, or overload platform or support resources.

Campaign responsibility

You must have the rights and authority needed for submitted URLs, brands, claims, copy, files, and instructions. Regulated, restricted, adult, gambling, financial, medical, political, or other sensitive material may be refused or require additional review.

Enforcement

Serp Solutions may remove materials, reject or pause work, preserve evidence, restrict accounts, or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, suppliers, publications, or legal compliance. Where appropriate, Serp Solutions will provide notice and an opportunity to clarify.

Reporting concerns

Report suspected abuse through the contact page and include enough context for review. Do not include passwords, full card details, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
