Eligibility and account
Participation is discretionary, non-transferable, and tied to an approved account. Affiliates must provide accurate payment and tax information and keep account access secure. Serp Solutions may reject or remove participation where appropriate.
Attribution and qualifying activity
Tracking depends on available referral data and the configured attribution process. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, refunded or charged-back orders, and transactions that do not satisfy program rules are not qualifying activity.
Promotion standards
Affiliates must identify the commercial relationship where required and must not use spam, false scarcity, misleading performance claims, impersonation, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, unauthorised incentives, or confusing use of Serp Solutions names, marks, domains, or paid search terms.
Commissions and payout
Commission amounts and status shown in the portal are subject to validation. Pending commissions are not payable until approved. Payout timing, minimums, methods, reversals, and required documentation may vary and will be communicated through the program or account.
Termination and changes
Either party may end participation. Serp Solutions may suspend tracking or withhold amounts reasonably connected to fraud, breach, refund, chargeback, or investigation. Program terms and rates may change prospectively, with material updates posted or communicated to active affiliates.
